A Fabulous antique c.1899 Art Nouveau hand painted raised enamel gold gilt artist signed Royal Vienna portrait plate. The hand panted double portrait (two woman with peacock) is absolutely fabulous. The work and details are outstanding. The gold and Silver leaf are incredible and have raised jeweled areas along the outer rim of the plate. Signed by the artist "Ahne" and probably being one of his best. The plate measures 8 3/4 in diameter and has no chips, cracks or repairs. Vienna mark in back and Jugendtraume. The back has micro lines but are in the glaze. Please look at the other matching but different design Limoges plates I am offering in my other items area. No chips, cracks or repairs. Please take a look at all my other "Items" by checking them out. I only search for the best pieces. Please no returns because you do not "Like" the piece. Also, Shipping WEST of the Mississippi River is more money to ship.
