A Rare & Important Tiffany & Co. & Gorham Sterling Silver Huge Antique c.1904 Chaffing dish Bowl. This masterpiece measures 15" from handle to rim edge and stands 11" tall. There are multiple parts to the piece and it has "Never" been used. Incredible repousse work to the legs and body as well as top rim. Superb handles and original burners. The inner sterling underplate bowl is made by Tiffany & Co. and the other pieces are all made by Gorham. This was sold and retailed in New York by Tiffany & Co. so they had some say in the work of this. Absolutely incredible work and just look at the feet and legs going up the piece. Incredible is all I have to see. No issues bumps or bruises. Well kept and never used. A Magnificent piece for sure. 85 Standard ounces of solid sterling silver. A great piece.
