For sale is a brand new and hard to find Japan-imported I-C Inc. ProGear razor cutter. This is a professional mangaka tool specifically intended for use in cutting away excess screen-tones. It's pen shape design is intended to be easy to hold allowing for more control when cutting along curves. These were never sold in the US and are a retired product, making them very hard to find especially sealed. Each pack includes one pen/blade holder and 12 extra blades.
