SHIPPING

  • We aim to send all orders received before 2pm the same day by 2nd class post
  • All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received

UK orders will be sent by either Royal Mails 2nd class post or 2nd class recorded post (depending on the order size).

We post orders Monday to Saturday during office hours

International Orders accepted (Note - Should your delivery be made to a destination outside the European Union, local taxes/and or duties may apply to your goods and we cannot be held responsible for these charges, We are also unable to refund delivery charges if an item is returned to us as a result of non payment of taxes/import duties).

We combine postage for multiple purchases

If you have not received your item within 14 days please contact us and we will make every effort to locate the item, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund.

RETURNS

Items can be returned for up to 14 days of receipt of the item. Please ensure that the items to be returned are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us with the reason as to which products you would like to return and why. Package the items carefully and include a note of your Ebay User ID in the parcel. Once we have received the items they will be examined and a refund will be made (excluding postal charges)
