******RETURNS******
- If you receive the parcel in damaged, please REFUSE it directly before signing.
- If the driver left the parcel to you without signing and you find it damaged, please take a clear photo of the damaged outside package together with the courtier receipt label side and contact us ASAP. We will solve the problem for you at once.
- If the item is incorrectly supplied, please take a photo of the SKU label on outside package and contact us ASAP for a refund, repair or replacement.
- Concerning unwanted goods, if you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team. Please pack the item into its original packages and you will be charged for the collection fee.
