I take a lot of care over the posting of my items (especially Pyrex, Collectables and Toys) I will always do my utmost to send in the best way possible and still keep within the postal prices of Royal Mail/Hermes, as you can see I only charge for the postage and not the materials I use. If for any reason something arrives damaged or you are not entirely happy with it, please get in touch with me, even by phone, I will do my very best to sort anything out for you. The reason I have a maximum of 4 day postage is due to work commitments that can change at the last minute, but on average it is normally quicker than 4 days.

I also sell quite a few items for family and friends, so I do my best to describe and test everything before listing, if there is a slight delay on answering any questions it is due to me having to contact that person:)
