This is a scarlet Fiesta medium bowl in the "Holiday Express" pattern, which was available exclusively from the retailer Just Dishes Dinnerware in the mid-2000s. The locomotive decal is a silver metallic. The bowl measures just under 7 inches in diameter and doesn't look like it's ever been used. There is one small glaze pop near the center of the decal.
