1. Where to install the driver?

Please check the driver download card in your parcel, it will include our official store, and you can choose the system and version you are to download. If not, please feel free to contact us.

 

2. Why the display shows no signal? By the way, I am using a desktop, Windows 7 system, and graphic card. 

Firstly, please check the driver showing "device connected" or "device disconnected"? If the driver is connected, please follow the next step. Please make sure the HDMI wire is plugged into the graphic card, but NO motherboard. Finally, if it still couldn't work, please contact us from eBay, and we will offer the solution to you. 

 

3. Does it have a 1-year warranty that comes with the product? We just want to know before we buy the protection plan.

Yes, we cover a 1-year warranty based on non-human made damages, for example, if the screen is accidentally cracked, or any accessories are lost, that will be out of the warranty range~ Welcome to contact us directly if you have any further questions : )
