Please note that this set is being sold as INCOMPLETE. You can use it for PARTS to supplement other sets. That's why the price is lower compared to other sets that are being sold.
Most of the bigger pieces are included, but smaller pieces (screws, nuts, etc.) may be missing. Often, these can be purchased separately in bulk online. The power pack and wires are included.
