Description of the traffic limiting function

The protection board has the 1A current limiting function. The current limiting function is integrated with the control board. When the charging overcurrent two pole fault is triggered, the BMS controls the fault

The current limiting module works and shuts down the charging MOS tube. When BMS detects charging overvoltage, overcurrent or temperature faults during current limiting, it shuts down

Current limiting function: If the system enters discharge, 1A current limiting will be automatically removed and the charging MOS tube will be opened

NOTE:

1. The protection plates of different voltage platforms cannot be mixed. This type of protection plate is special for lithium iron phosphate batteries;

2. The wiring of different manufacturers is not universal, please make sure to use our company's matching wiring;

3. Take ESD measures when testing, installing, touching, and using the protection board.

4. Do not make the heat dissipation surface of the protection plate contact the battery directly, otherwise the heat will be transferred to the battery, affecting the safety of the battery;

5. Do not disassemble or change the protective panel components;

6. The protection plate metal radiator of our company has been anodized and insulated. After the oxidation layer is damaged, it will still conduct electricity

Avoid heat sink and core, nickel strip contact;

7. If the protection plate is abnormal, stop using it until the problem is solved.
