The pendant has a marvelous cameo with a delightful Victorian lady portrait, diamond necklace, flowers in great detail and 14K white gold filigree frame. The pendant has a very extravagant, antiquated and elegant feel to it. It measures 1  3/4" x 1 1/4". The pendant pin is in very good condition.
