We produce your orders specially for you. These carpets, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to the cargo after passing the quality control, but if there is a problem such as a production error, we take the necessary measures for your satisfaction.
Except for these reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted because the shipping fee is high. However, we respond positively to non-arbitrary and valid reasons for refund requests.
