Please check to see if your weapon will fit into this holster before ordering. I have copied another listing and do not know if the models it claims to fit actually are accurate for this product.
What I do know is that the item is from Safari Land of Monrovia, California. It is a MD/FR model 29. Solid tooled leather with a belt clip. It has an adjustable height snap for closure.
There is some wear on the clip area that faces the body as can be seen in the photos. There is also a set of rubs down at the base of the basket weave pattern not bad but I wanted to disclose them, see pictures.
