- We process and ship orders the next or same day after purchase every day except Saturdays and Sundays.
- We ship all products from Harrison, NJ, using USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our discretion. It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after dispatch to deliver the item within the continent United States of America.
- We can ship items at your request United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Malta and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes about 5-14 days for items to be delivered to certain countries. For some countries like Australia, New Zealand and South Korea Additional 3-5 days may be required for item delivery.
- If the item is not received within 7 days, we will provide a delivery confirmation number or tracking number upon your request and try to help resolve any delivery issues.
- We cannot ship the items to the addresses temporarily occupied by customers, ie hotels, motels, resorts and inns.

Return and Warranty Policy The warranty period is specified in the product description. If the warranty period is 200 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This guarantee is not transferrable. It only applies to direct customers upon presentation of the proof of purchase, ie the original invoice.
