Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide no longer lists a scarce variant edition of Star Trek #1, sometimes designated Star Trek #1A. Star Trek #1 with Kirk pin-up photo on the back cover is the only edition that exists.

A used comic book showing substantial wear. Minor spine roll. Spine split 1” at base of spine.

Minor to moderate staple tears and moderate stress lines. No rust migration. Blunted corners.

No stains. Inks are generally bright with a slight reduction in reflectivity.  Paper is cream to tan. No brittleness.  Centrefold page is loose-rest is very secure. Very minor interior tear at outer margin present.  No pieces missing or cut out. No tape or repairs. No stamped or inked arrival dates. Child name ‘Brett’ penned on cover.
