Warranty: Daimler Chrysler stands behind their parts for 12mo/12,000 miles. Engines and transmission may have up to a 3yr/100,000 mile warranty. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Chrysler or Dodge dealer with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part. The warranty also does not cover any modifications, tempering or abuse of any sort.
Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
Returns: In order to process a return. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the request for a return. Parts are not returnable if the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. We may under certain circumstances allow a return but a restocking fee of a 20% will apply. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.
Shipping:The shipping price quoted in this auction is for Continental USA only!!! 48 States. We normally ship Fed Ex or United States Postal Service. On some occasions, we may also ship UPS. Tracking information will be supplied and sent to your email address, due to some customers computer settings, that information may go to your spam filter. please check your spam.
We ship worldwide, simply send us your full shipping address and we will gladly quote you the least expensive shipping option possible.
We normally ship to Canada via UPS only due to GST taxes and duties!!!!
