Shipping Policy
Canada orders are shipped via Expedited Parcel, ship time is approximately 1-14 days, pending on your region. USA Orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet, and Expedited Parcel for heavier orders, ship time is approximately 3-20 business days. There may be delays in processing through specific mail centers with delays in international shipments, please be patient if your item is having a delay in movement.
Please note- shipping costs from Canada, even within Canada, are very high. Our charge is less than the shipping price will be, we cover the rest to save you on costs. As we grow, we hope to reduce shipping costs for you. As always your business is important and valued for us. Returns
Returns are not accepted at this time, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and ample photos. Please review all pictures and descriptions prior to purchase. If you have any questions, pop over a message, and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. We are a small business, and returns are very costly for us.
