- We process and ship orders next or same day after purchase every day except Saturdays and Sundays.
- We ship out all products Harrison, NJ, using USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our discretion. It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after dispatch to deliver the item within the continent United States of America.
- We can ship items at your request United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Malta and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes about 5-14 days for items to be delivered to certain countries. For some countries like Australia, New Zealand and South Korea Additional 3-5 days may be required for item delivery.
- If the item has not been received within 7 days, we will provide you with a delivery confirmation number or tracking number upon request and will also try to help resolve any delivery issues.
- We are unable to ship the items to the addresses that are temporarily occupied by the customers, ie hotels, motels, resorts and inns.

Return and Warranty Policy The warranty period is specified in the product description. If the warranty period is 200 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This guarantee is not transferrable. It only applies to direct customers upon presentation of the proof of purchase, ie the original invoice.
