Freight Shipping only applies to VERY large and/or heavy items & orders

Large items that weigh more than 125 lbs. will be crated or strapped to a pallet & requires freight shipping 
FREE Shipping only applies to freight shipments that are sent to the nearest freight terminal, Fed Ex / UPS Facility for pick-up

to a business of your choice that has a loading dock & forklift. 

DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS WITHOUT A LOADING DOCK OR FORKLIFT
Additional charges may apply if extra handling by the carrier is required to complete delivery.

RESIDENTIAL / HOME DELIVERY
Home delivery of freight shipments will incur additional charges of UP to $200.00 & are the buyers responsibility.

EXCHANGES, CANCELATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS


ORDER CANCELATIONS
The following orders cannot be canceled...they can only be returned by going through our standard return process
1. Orders that have already been assigned a tracking #
2. Orders that have already been picked up by our local carrier
3. Orders that are already in transit

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept exchanges & returns for most items within 14 days
(Each individual item listing will specify if it is eligible for return or exchange)

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, it must be initiated within this time period.

By requesting an exchange or return, you understand & agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
A 30% Restocking / Return fee may be applied to all returned items. 
This fee will cover what was originally paid to ship the item to the buyer & any other fees that may have been charged to the seller.

NEW PARTS 
Items must still be in new condition upon its return!
Products that show any signs of installation, damage or wear will NOT be accepted.
Item must be returned in its original packaging with ALL contents and/or bundled items included

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
All Helmets, Apparel & Accessories must be sent back in its original bag and box
ALL tags must still be attached and must include all accessories & contents that came within the packaging.
If any contents or if packaging is missing, it will NOT be eligible for return

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE -- NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Pre-Owned Parts
New or Used Electrical parts & components (i.e. Stators, Starters, CDI/ ECU, Regulators, Etc.)
Products / items that have been used, modified, installed or shows ANY sign of wear.
Products that have broken seals or has evidence of tampering

PROFESSIONAL TUBE INSTALLATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
TUBES THAT ARE PINCHED OR POPPED DURING INSTALLATION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND!!
