Cecil Harris was born on 16th July 1896 at Webbwood, Ontario and was a Hotelman by occupation when he attested on 6th October 1915 at Niagara. He was KIA on April 19th, 1916 at Ypres (The Bluff|). His mother's pension was cancelled due to "misconduct".
