The sleeve has hardly any marks and grades NM.

The photofile fold out sleeve has some light edge wear with slightly more  down the right edge. There is some corner wear/small surface tear on the bottom right corner. Some light fading on the bottom edge. Very light creasing. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
