Stake your snare and set your wire in place next to the trail. Adjust your snare loop to the desired diameter and attach the support collar (black conical spring) to the end of the support wire. The support collar is attached by "threading" the collar onto the wire with a left hand thread Adjust the height of the snare for the animal you are targeting and hang the snare loop in the center of the trail.
