Returns are accepted

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is the make you a satisfied customer. We understand that in some cases you may wish to return the item for a refund.

• Your payment must have been received by its due date (3 days after purchase)
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the auction ending
• Buyer will need to arrange return shipping & shipping and insurance costs are not refundable
• Returned items must be in the original condition with all packaging and contents, not used or altered
• Customers must request a return authorisation prior to returning
• Upon receipt the item will be inspected by us to ensure everything is in order before the refund is processed.
• Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
