Webasto Thermo Top C 5,2kw Diesel Heater With Analog PCB +12V to PIN1 To Start

PCB is reprogrammed using original Webasto diagnostic/programming software. Works like the original Thermo Top C. 

 Restored to a NEW SPEC Heater unit

 

This heater comes with all of our restored/made parts inside:

Our famous restored burner unit with new screen/filter mesh and glow pin is installed 

Restored air fan

New aftermarket or cleaned and tested original water pump

And all kinds of other small stuff including all the gaskets, seals, hose clamps.

Rebuild information:

All the aluminum parts was sand blasted, cleaned and then powder coated. (with heat resistant powder)

Heat exchanger's inside was carefully inspected and then cleaned with aggressive chemicals just to make sure it can dissipate the heat as much as it can. Or in other words to work as much efficient as it can.

All labels are recreated just to show the information or  for example what part number it is.

Each component of the heater is fully tested by diagnostics software or manually. 

PCB's are tested in real working conditions just to make sure they would operate as they should. For that we are using a special rig.  

Heat exchanger is leak/pressure tested. 

Each heater will come with diagnostics information. 

This heater comes with a baord that won't show you "working hours" option. 

Diagnostics is PIN2 ( in "device selection" you have to choose "Thermo Top C/Z BMW" )

Warranty:

3 months warranty for a whole unit or seperate parts. The warranty starts from the purchase date.

Dont buy this unit if you're not sure if you can install this by yourself. 

Warranty does not cover if:

Webasto is used to heat up foors, pools or something like that which meants that webasto runs for a lot of hours in a day. 

(for best reliability we recommend to use it max 3-4h a day) 

If the heater has run out of fuel while working more than two times. 

Incorrect fuel pump was used.

Heater was circulating water, not coolant.

Heater didn't had a good air filter.

Faults caused by incorrect installation, maintenance, voltage or connection, lightning, external damage, accidents or moisture.

Faults caused by unauthorised repair or any other party.
