Our Policy:

Our stuffed animals are second hand and NOT sanitized. We recommend washing them when received. If possible, we will sanitize anything that is not plush. All merchandise is kept in an well ventilated garage far away from any animals, smoke, or household products.

In Person: We do contactless pick up with online money transfer only. We can do meet up. In person delivery not available.

Shipping: We ship anywhere and everywhere as long as you pay! Just contact us and we can talk and figure something out. *pre-calculated shipping is a nightmare, message us so we can ensure that you get the best shipping price possible*

Shipping: Once package has been shipped We no longer take any responsibility for it. If you select a shipping method in which there is no tracking, we are not able to/ responsible for supplying a tracking number.

Privacy: We vow not to share your personal/shipping info to anyone. Your info is safe with us!

Returns or Exchanges: We accept exchanges of items equal to/ lesser than the original items. To qualify for exchange you must contact us at the most 14 days of delivery. You must send back your items in at the most 21 days of delivery. Exchange Shipping is not covered by us and you will have to pay for the next item to be shipped. Absolutely NO returns. Absolutely NO refunds.
