Simple steps for your appliance:

1 We will ship you an impression kit 

2 You take your impression, (Upper or Lower) Send a note with name and tell us *upper or *lower.

3 Send your impression back to our Lab using the enclosed address label

4 We will fabricate one guard and return to you with stone model (for future guards) and storage case. 

When ordering please indicate what size impression tray you will need. Average size tray for most people is height:

5'4" and shorter --small 

5'5" -5'8"       Medium

5'9" and taller   Large

Your kit will includes:

2 containers of putty (1 white, 1 purple)

1 impression tray (Please let us know if you want a Upper or Lower Guard)
