I always ship promptly after payment is received. I try and keep my shipping prices very low to just cover my cost. I ship by USPS, USP, and Federal Express. In most cases, I give you several methods of shipping to choose from. When you get your invoice, just choose the method that suits you the best. If you would like a different shipping method, just let me know and I will adjust your bill accordingly.
