Jewel boxes are not considered a part of the condition grading because they are generic and replaceable. Cracked jewel cases have been replaced. Cds have been checked for condition and contain all liner notes unless noted. Occasionally you may encounter a promo cd with a hole thru the barcode or other promotional markings on either the cd or the liner notes.
