Pages are clean with light foxing on a few. Top of spine has a chip As well as the bottom with the top being about a quarter of an inch and the bottom being about an 8th of an inch to a millimeter. Book was kept well with minimal dust covers are in good cosmetic shape with color. Everything is original. Presumed owner's name stamped on bottom of title page Victor Wilbour, Possibly born around the same time in New York,  Victor Hugo Wilbour 1862-1931. Unconfirmed but gravestone font matches stamp font.
