Since our products are specially produced for you from scratch and from the same material, our advertisements are supported with sample images instead of adding real pictures of all our Pillows.

➤ We ship your orders via DHL, UPS and Fedex,
➤ If you are in any country in Europe, the carpet will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
➤ If you are in America or Canada, you will receive it in 3 or 7 days.
➤ All our shipments are sent by Express.
➤ Delivery is made to all other countries of the world in 3-9 days on average, and there may be delays from time to time due to address and country conditions, but this did not exceed 1% of our total order.
➤ For single purchases, our shipments are sent with eco cargo. Delivery is made within 15 working days. Estimated delivery dates for shipments vary on Single Orders.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULES
We produce your orders specially for you. These carpets, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to the cargo after passing the quality control, but if there is a problem such as a production error, we take the necessary measures for your satisfaction.
Except for these reasons, since the shipping fee is high, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, we respond positively to non-arbitrary and valid reasons for refund requests.
