Condition:
Used, but in perfect condition, rubber on the inside is still soft.

What is the use of this damper ?
 
Damper kit helps to cancel some of the dosing pump noise. 
If the system uses plastic or metal (hard) lines it helps to soften each pump to the heater. 
Fuel supply would be more precise and more continious. 

FUEL DAMPER HAS TO BE INSTALLED LIKE THE LAST PICTURE
