Vintage avocado green velour hat with partial turned up brim, a long green velour ornament and a peacock feather. 

The opening is trimmed in green grosgrain ribbon and there is a tag indicating size is 22.  The opening measures 21 inches.  Side to side the hat measures 12 1/2 inches.  Front to back is 12 inches.

Condition is GOOD.  There are a few very shallow munch marks and the feather is a bit droopy.,
