This is the updated version of the origin of Ant-Man. This book was released near the time of the first MCU Ant-Man movie.

The cover is vibrant and bright. The pages are white and glossy. The cover, pages, and staples are solid. In my opinion, this book is Near-Mint, and rates at 9.4 to 9.6, possibly a little better.
