This is a USA high quality vintage 2 ply vintage truss rod cover in a triangular shape....likely 60s or 70s Gretsch.  I do know which model.

 The two ply Wide bevel has a good vintage appeal.   It is 2 and 1/2 inches overall length.  It has a very good / natural relic quality to it. Very cool / quality vintage part.
