• all of our decals have two coats of clear before shipment, regardless…still add a coat of your clear to the decals to seal the ink and any reactions with your clear is better to see it before you apply the decal.  Ink running when in the water is ONLY due to not following the instructions and not a defect, warranty or return item. Please follow the instruction that come with the decal. It can save you time and money.
