This beautiful Seiei & Co creamer and sugar bowl are decorated with the same hand painted pink and red floral motif against a blue-ish/purple and bright-peachy lusterware finish. Both marked a red bird in circle, "Hand Painted, Made in Japan". Circa 1930.
