Vintage Stuart Weitzman for mr. seymour heels from the 1980s or 90s. Womens size 7- the size is worn off on the inside of the shoe but I was told by the original owner's daughter that they are a size 7. The heel is 3 3/4" high. They are made of multicolor abstract print fabric with sparkly clear sequin like things on them. They are in very good condition with new heel caps on them. Some wear on the soles.
