Vintage 70s Black & White Floral Pants

Vintage black and white floral pants. The RN number on these pants dates back to the early 70s and they have a late 60s vibe. Pants are labeled a size small made in the USA. They don’t have a material listed but they feel kinda like a stiff linen or stiff cotton blend.

Pants are super high waisted, effortlessly cool and have deep pockets with an elastic waist and flowers/Polkadots throughout. These are in great vintage condition but do have one small spot on them that feels and looks almost like dried glue. (see photos) the fabric looks a bit faded which is expected given the age of the pants.
