Please set up your tent and ensure it is what you expected within the 30 day returns window.
All of our camping and outdoor products are customer or manufacturer returned items.
They are returned because they have some sort of fault (unless stated).
Generally these items are in good working order and usually have very minor damage, if any.
The one thing we cannot test on any item is leaks so please assume all used items leak and note we will not accept returns on items due to them leaking unless sold as new.

Delivery, Postage & Packaging
Items are normally posted out within 1 working day and will arrive upto 48 hours later via DHL.
You are welcome to collect any item from our warehouse in L40 between 8.30 am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
