The home jersey Yankees pinstripe is Game-Used and authenticated by Topps, on the front and back of card. Many RPA cards are not game worn, and are usually not even of the player depicted on the card.

As you already noticed, Aaron Judge is not wearing number #99. He is wearing #8, but has #99 on his helmet.

With all that being said, making this one of the most rare, if not the most rare, Aaron Judge RPA, the serial number 08/50 matches his jersey on the card. Unless Aaron Judge changes his jersey to #8 this is one of the few opportunities to obtain such a card.
