Return Policy

We take great pride in working with you to select the most perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or a loved one. We understand, however that sometimes items must be returned. We are happy to refund or exchange your item within 14 days of the listing end date for all eBay transactions.All returns must have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the box.Call or email Pearlman's Jewelers to obtain an RMA number. Any funds will be returned via Paypalless any eBay, Paypal and shipping charges incurred.

All pieces must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Any alterations to the jewelry, stones or sizes will void a return.

All sales final on all accepted offers.

Shipping Policy

We ship in-stock items on the following business day. We offer insuredUPS Ground shipping at a flat fee of $15 for all eBay transactions,Closeouts, Previously Owned, Estate jewelry, and new purchases under $500. New orders over $500are sent via UPS Second Day Air at no extra charge. Shipping may be combinedfor multiple purchases. Please notify us if you have won, or intend to win multiple items.

About UPS Ground:

• Delivery usually occurs in 3 to 6 business days after item ships.
• UPS will only ship to a street address and not to a P.O. Box.
• Signature is required.

Pearlman's Jewelers is willing to ship any item internationally. Buyerwill assume actual costs for all international shipping, customs, taxes(VAT, etc.) and insurance fees.
