This is 24 lbs of restaurant quality premium dried Pinto Beans packaged for optimal freshness and long-term storage in high quality mylar. This level of quality is NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES as the grade "Triple-Washed and Polished" beans is the top grade (call it like an A++) and stores sell a grade so low the package warns of the risk of stones. The mylar package is sealed in a sturdy bucket for long-term stability. Pinto beans are enjoyed in soups, as a side dish or as a stand-alone meal. Cooking instructions are included to assist in preparation. 
Our FDA registered facility uses the latest technology to prepare and package food products using "Modified Atmosphere Packaging" to ensure long-term freshness and peak flavor. Beans are packaged in mylar, is nitrogen puffed and contains a high capacity oxygen absorber to ensure freshness. Your order will typically be manufactured the week after you order - thus the handling time is often set at 5 business days (but may ship early). This is in contrast to companies that ship products that were manufactured 2-5 years ago and have been sitting in storage. The bright side is that we really DON'T RUN OUT although we may occasionally have slight in times of high volume.
