Step 2: Insert the end of the inflated balloon into the small hole of the balloon strip to ensure that it does not come out. Combine balloons in different colours to make the balloon arch look better.

Step 3: Use tape or rope to attach the finished balloon garland to the desired perfect shape.

Step 4: If you think that the balloon arch is not full and perfect, you can stick more balloons to it with adhesive dots.
