Nice vintage 1990's maxi-dress by PHOEBE. Floral print in khakis, creams, greens, and rose colors. Size 12 with long sleeves. Tailored waist with matching belt. 100% rayon for easy care. Excellent condition with minor flaws as expected in a garment of this vintage. Missing one snap at the chest - currently held with a safety pin. Please see photos for more details. Most of the clothing items from this estate are 25+ years old vintage clothing and were put in storage around 2005.
