These CDs are in good or better condition. I have not tested these and they are sold as is. Please look at photos before purchasing. Condition is based on the following:

Very good: No or minimal scratches to disc, no defects to case or insert (May not contain insert)

Good: Some scratches on disc, wear and tear to the case, writing inside the case, bent booklets.

Acceptable: Lots of scratches on disc, obvious damage to case and booklets.
