The full process involves the shipping of the faulty controller to us, following which we will aim to process the corresponding repair, package and ship the controller back out within 2 working days. The purchase price includes the return shipping of the controller. 

 

The 3 Month warranty guarantees the functionality of the replaced components for 3 months from the repair date. 

Any returns under warranty must be returned at your cost either way

 

Full Repair Process

 

Our repair process involves a visual inspection and testing for the fault. If any other faults are found, we may inquire about the potential of fixing those.

 

If there are any issues during the repair process, we will immediately get in touch to try to resolve it

 

We test each of our repairs for any faults following the repair, and ensure everything works as it should.

 

Following a repair, we aim to ship out the fixed controller within 24h

We only use ORIGINAL parts

Option for 2x Joystick Replacement refers to 2 repairs for the same controller

 

Option for Bumpers / Triggers refers to the repair of the switches, perfect for hard to press / sticky bumpers or triggers
