Mostly assembled motorized model kit by PALMER PLASTICS circa 1960's.  Appears complete, but not verified.  Comes with motor, instructions , and box.  Takes a AA battery (not included).  Sold AS-IS NO RETURNS.  Box shows shelf and storage wear.  Please see photos for more details and to evaluate condition for yourself
