Vintage cream colored Tuscan lamb and black knit hat ties under the chin with fur pom poms.  The hat has a label that reads, "Mr. John Sophisticate" and "Made in Italy."

The hat measures 10 inches in height and 8 inches front to back.  Condition is GOOD.
