"Red Duck Wood Gnoume is a super funky Belgian Lambic ale. Made
with at least 10 different yeasts, it was brewed from a simple malt
base, we added a really small amount of aged hops, and 2 different
Lambic yeast mixes As a Gnaume, this ale had a lot of intense
spicey, funky weirdness going on. Then we put the poor
little guy into a barrel for 6 months."
"We have another Gnaume that will be 'lost' in the forest, for about
18 months. But that's another ale and another story...."
