A 5 inch tall clear-glass rectangular-shaped antique OWL DRUG bottle from CANADA!  This looks just like an American Owl Drug Co bottle, it even has the same trademark, an embossed owl stirring a druggist's mortar and holding a pestle.  Also, high on the back shoulder, above the label, it is embossed just like the American counterparts with The Owl Drug Co. style of embossing.  This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating it all the way back to the late 1800 - early 1900 era.

• Bottle embossed: "The Owl Drug Co" above label, then below picture of embossed owl it is also embossed "VANCOUVER".  
  

• Condition:   This bottle is in EXCELLENT CLEAN condition with minimal content stain and NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.  PLEASE see picture for idea of overall condition.  
  

• Age: An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. early 1900's.

There is an interesting story that comes with these antique Canadian Owl Drug Co. bottles as the founder and creator of the famous Owl Drug Co. was a Canadian.  So evidently these VANCOUVER BRITISH COLUMBIA CANADA bottles were a chain or satellite store to the USA stores so there was no trade mark or copy right infringement.  They have the exact same embossing but also say Vancouver and have a double lip.  Asides from this, they are designed just like an American Owl Drug Co. bottle, but are rarely seen, check it out!
